Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a supportive and professional learning experience for all students. Please read the following booking terms carefully before enrolling onto a course.
Deposits
All course deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit secures your place on the course and covers administration and preparation costs.
Full Course Payments
Full payment must be made prior to the course start date unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
Student Cancellations
If you need to cancel your place on a course:

More than 14 days before the course start date:
Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded. -
Less than 14 days before the course start date:
Payments are non-refundable due to loss of course space and preparation costs.
Transfers
In some circumstances, we may allow a transfer to a future course date at our discretion.
Course Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:

An alternative course date

Or a full refund of monies paid
We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.
Case Study Completion
Certificates will only be issued once all required coursework, consultation forms, and case studies have been successfully completed.
