Indian Head Massage is an ancient healing practice with its roots in Ayurveda—the traditional system of medicine that’s been nurtured in India for over a thousand years. De-Stress Together is a playful, welcoming space for total beginners. During our two hours together, you’ll learn how to give and receive a grounding Indian Head Massage—working across the back, shoulders, neck, head, arms and face.

You’ll leave with:

  • Hands-on experience you can repeat at home

  • A step-by-step take-home guide

  • Herbal tea in hand, new skills in your back pocket, and a big exhale from the day

Everything you need—mats, towels, oils, tea—is provided. All you need to bring is a blanket, pillow, and your beautiful selves.

Whether you're joining as partners, friends or family, this is a relaxed, joyful evening designed to help you reconnect, reset, and take a little piece of wellbeing back into your everyday life.
